Microsoft Query - Entering Column Names with Blanks
I have used Microsoft Query with Excel 2003 for some time now, and
until today I have been able to enter columns names with blanks in them using [ ]'s. For instance: Select [First Name], [Favorite Food] from master..foodtable I get an "Incorrect Syntax Near Food" error, and the help is helpless in this case. Is anyone aware of some security "fix" that might be causing this problem - I cannot edit existing queries. Thanks! Robert |
