Pivot Table Sort Field Help

I have a pivot table that looks like this:
State City Count
MD Balto 123
Perry 99
PA York 111
Lanc 22
Harris 11
I would like the primary sort field to repeat the text on each row like this:
State City Count
MD Balto 123
MD Perry 99
PA York 111
PA Lanc 22
PA Harris 11

Can anyone help

You can't do it and keep the pivottable.

But you can copy the data and paste values (in a new worksheet???), then do
whatever you want.

Debra Dalgleish explains how to fill those cells:
