How format paper as custom on windows xp and excel2000

When I use excel 2000 with windows 98 I have a option of custom form to print
my reports.
When I use excel 2000 with windows xp it´s not possible, the options I have
are A4, Letter, ... I can´t define the format (size) of the paper (custom) I
want to use in my report.
What should I do to print a report with custom size of paper using excel
2000 and windows xp?

My name is Julio and my e-mail

I think this depends on the printer driver, not Excel. The driver for
Windows XP may be different from the one for Windows 98. Do you have the
latest version of the one for your printer?

Hi Stephen,

Thanks for your attention. You are correct. That´s not an Excel problem.
It´s a problem of conversion of my spreadsheets from Windows 98 to Windows
XP. I talked with technicl support of the printer (Epson model LX-810) and
they will return to me if they can fix the problem. If you have other
suggestions, please call me again.

Julio

When I upgraded from Win 98 to Win XP I had to update the driver for my Epson
Stylus 800 printer.

I doubt if your LX-810 Dot Matrix printer has an updates driver.

I could not find one on the Epson site.

You create your "Custom" forms in the Operating systems "Print Server
Properties, Forms". please see Windows Help and Support for "Print Server".
