Excel file protection again?

If someone use copy, paste to floppy disc excel is not pretected. How to
protect this?
I am asking this as I've seen one excel file which is protected in one way.
I don't know how but is not working on my computer.

Is there some way with VBA that excel when opens checks folder from where is
open or some file if exists, and if it is not in right directory doesn't
work, or something similar.

Thanks in advance

The easiest way would be to click on <File,<Save As. On the Save As
dialogue box, click on the down arrow next to <Tools, click on <General
Options, and insert a password to open the file. that way, without the
password, no-one can open it
