Unicode Compatibility with MS Excel

We have a requirement of downloading file from the SRM Front End. For that we
have a requirement of saving the Unicode Files in MS Excel. At present we are
unable to do that as the unicode file is not compatible with MS Excel. Please
install the concern file which enables Unicode Compatibility with MS Excel.
