Lock one single cell on a worksheet using Excel 2003.

I have tried to follow the instructions for locking a single cell, however, I
am unsuccessful. The instructions are from the Microsoft Online help. If
someone has been successful with this task please let me know. I am anxious
to figure this out.

Appreciate any tips. Thanks!
