Carrying formulas forward from Worksheet to Worksheet
If I have 52 tabs in one Excel file (one for each week of the year) and I
want to copy and paste the formula from Tab 1 to Tab 2 and so on, how do I get the formulas to copy forward if I need a cumulative total from for example Tab 1 plus Tab 2 to give me the total and then it would continue with the total on Tab 2 plus Tab 3 to give me a new total and on it goes. Does anyone know? THanks. |
Carrying formulas forward from Worksheet to Worksheet
Need more detail. Do your tab names follow some sort of sequence like WK1,
WK2, WK3....WK52 ? Do you want the cumulative total of the same cell on every sheet? For example: WK1 A1 = 50 WK2 A1 = 25 ... some cell in WK2 = 75 WK3 A1 = 10 ... some cell in WK3 = 85 WK4 A1 = 15 ... some cell in WK4 = 100 Is that what you're wanting to do? -- Biff Microsoft Excel MVP "mrudnet" wrote in message ...
