Export names and address into outlook

I am trying into import from outlook a data base that is in Excel...error
pops up stating that there is "no named ranges" any ideas or suggestions?

Gord Dibben

Export names and address into outlook

Yes.

Select the range that has the names and addresses including headers and
InsertName?Define.

Give it a name like MyName

Save then try again.

By headers I mean you have at least 2 columns with titles like Name Address
and the data in rows below these.

Select the title cells and those below with the data.

Assume A1:B4 looks like this.............

Name Address
Gord 123 main st.
Toby 456 second sr.
Bert 789 third st.

Select A1:B4 and InsertNameDefine.

BTW........nothing is done in the fx box........fx is the Function Wizard
