Default Hyperlink to web does not return to original Excel worksheet

I have an excel file which has 12 worksheets. On every worksheet there is a
hyperlink to the same webpage (copywrite info). When the hyperlink is
activated the first time it returns to the original worksheet but if you
change to another worksheet it will always go back to the first one the was
opened.
Is there a way I can change where the hyperlink returns the user to in the
Excel file
Example
- open excel file and click on hyperlink on worksheet 3
- web page opens successfully
- press back button and return to original worksheet 3
- change to worksheet 6 and press hyperlink
- web page opens successfully
- press back button and return to excel but worksheet 3 is displayed (would
like to go back to worksheet 6)

Any ideas would be great.
