Copying and Pasting

Suddenly, in several Excel programs, I copy and paste a formula, and the
formula is correct in the destination cell, but the value is the same as the
original cell. Yet if I delete that formula in the destination cell, and then
reenter the exact same formula, the cell has the proper value.
