validation problems...
 

is it possible to put in some sort of validation so that a cell can
only be filled in once another specified cell has been filled in, but
once that second cell is filled in, the first one must be filled in?

also

is it possible for this same first cell to show 0 until it is filled
in?

if so, how?!
