Within excel how do you display large amounts of text
 

In excel i have several worksheets set up in a workbook. On one worksheet i
have cells that contain text. I want this text to be display on another
Summary worksheet within the same workbook. I have done this successfully in
terms of creating the formula to do this , however, the Summary worksheet
doesn't display all of the text, even if i have merged cells/wrapped the
text/shrink to fit. No matter what i try i can not see all of the text
unless i expand the cells massively. Is there a way round this? Can i use
some other form of display?

One way would be to copy the required portion (where your information
is shown) and paste it as picture link. For that you will have to
press Shift and then click on Edit command on the menu. You will see
Paste Picture Link, click on it and the picture will be placed at the
place you want to.
