Lost view of spreadsheet EXCEL 2007

Somehow I've lost the spreadsheet window - its just a vast, open blue space.
No matter what excel file I open, or how I open it. I've tried unhide, and
restore window, and dragging the window size. Suggestions would be
appreciated! AS
