Creating Forms in Excel 2007

Can anyone tell me where to find info, or how to create forms in Excel that
can be put onto a flash drive, where the user of the flash drive can pull up
these forms, and type directly onto them, without having formatting issues
(ex: pages disappearing, lines moving, etc.)
