Unhide column - why doesn't click unhide column work?
I've read all the workarounds for unhiding columns, and understand how to
unhide. However, the documentation says to highlight a column on either side of the hidden column(s) and then click on unhide. That process consistently doesn't work. Stretching the hidden column makes it appear, dragging across from bordering column to bordering column (thus also selecting the hidden columns) works, using Go To works, but the prescribed process does not. Why? I'm using Excel 2003. Thanks. |
Unhide column - why doesn't click unhide column work?
The documentation isn't correct if you read it literally, as you seem to be
doing. "To display hidden columns, select the column adjacent to either side of the columns you want to display." The writer meant to select the hidden column(s) by selecting across the adjacent visible ones. But even that isn't too helpful when it comes to column A or IV. -- Jim "H Stevens" wrote in message ...
