Import data from website everyday at certain time...

I know how to import data from a website using the webquery but can you set
it up so excel imports the data at a certain time of day. For example could
I have the webquery import the data at 7:00pm every night?

Can I do the same thing using xml import?

Thanks.

to do this? Thanks.

In Windows Xp, Scheduled Tasks could be used to fire off the Spreadsheet.
