How do I link cells in 1 spreadsheet to Specific cells in another
 

I set up an IF statement to take certain cells from one spreadsheet and to
feed them into another. However the cells I need are in A73:H80 of the first
spreadsheet and I need them to feed into the the other spreadsheet into cells
A8:H15. How do I do this? My IF statement works but feeds the cells into
rows 73 -80 on the 2nd spreadsheet. Any help anyone could be would be great.
