Looking for assistance in inserting a PDF file in a Excel Comment box or as a
hyperlink in a comment box. I would like to share report with other workers
that are connected to network and not connected on stand alone laptops in the
field.

"text only" not the only option.

You can insert a graphic in a Comment.

Maybe that would be the way for Safetyman Stan to go?
