Print out does not match spreadsheet
I have pasted a picture of text to a spreadsheet. The print area is exactly
the size of the picture. The margins are set very thin at .2 all sides. So I expect the picture to fill the print page except the margins. But instead there is over an inch of space between the top of the picture and the top margin and the bottom of the picture and the bottom margin. How is this possible if my picture takes up the entire print area on the spreadsheet? |

Did you set the header and footer margins to 0?
Also, very few printers will allow no whitespace on a page. Gord Dibben MS Excel MVP On Tue, 13 Nov 2007 07:38:02 -0800, Aaron wrote: I have pasted a picture of text to a spreadsheet. Yes I tried 0 and .2. Please understand though, I'm not going for no white
space. My issue is that the picture does not touch the margin. For example it could be a three inch margin, but I would still be getting an extra inch between the margin and the picture. What is causing the space between the margin and the picture? on the spreadsheet the picture is taking up the entire print area, but not on the print preview and the printout. Being one who rarely works with pictures in Excel that would take up a whole
page, I cannot even guess at what is causing the space between margin and picture. Sorry, Gord On Tue, 13 Nov 2007 14:24:02 -0800, Aaron wrote: Yes I tried 0 and .2.
