How do I remove the e-mail header in an excel file?
 

One of my employees emailed me an excel spreadsheet from within excel. Now
it retains the "to: from:" etc, header as if it were an email waiting to be
sent. How do I get rid of that?

In xl2003, it's file|Send to|Mail recipient.
(that button is depressed when you see the envelope)
