Click VIEW in the menu & select TOOLBARS. In the list of available toolbars
click CONTROL TOOLBOX. Click on the chech box and use the mouse pointer cross-hairs to draw the check box. On the CONTROL TOOLBOX toolbar is a button that has a pencil/triangle/ruler and when you move your mouse pointer over the toolbar the tool tip says "Exit design mode", click this button and the check box can now be clicked on/off. -- Kevin Backmann "dow" wrote: How do I make a check box that will enter an X in a cell when the box is checked, and blank when unchecked? -- dow |
