can excel automatically make 1/2 the smaller1/2 - Like in an ad.
 

How do I set up auto for Street, Road, 5th, etc. to change to smaller
(upper) type?

Excel doesn't have that feature. You can select characters in the cell,
and format them (FormatCells).

Or, use special characters. For example, hold the Alt key, and on the
number keypad, type: 0189
to get the character: ½
