I downloaded payroll calculator and I have 7 employees. I entered the
employee info and then their hours all is correct. When I move to the individual stubs on 4 employees show up. The others are not there. I printed them and only the 4 printed. How do I get the others to move over. Everything is the same. Pleae help |

Would help if you included the URL of the template you downloaded.

And the URL is?
If this one http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/te...CT101444811033 On the Individual Payroll Stubs sheet you have to add more stubs. Select all the rows for the 4 stubs and paste below to give you 4 more stubs. Change the Employee ID numbers to 5, 6,7 and 8 All other stub data will match to that ID number which is found in column B on Employee Information.
