One small question...
 
Is there any shortcut key for Format Painter in excel and word???

Please Help.............

One small question...
 
It actually has one, Alt-F. The problem is the "text" isn't visible and
Alt-F is used for File. The way to make it work is to select "Tools,
Customize" and then R-click the "Format Painter" button. A menu will
appear. Change "Default Style" to "Image and Text". You will notice
"Format Painter" appears next to the button with the "F" underlined. To
use it that way you would need to do Alt-F-F, so to change the "F" to
"P" (which is unused) edit the "Name" from "&Format Painter" to Format
&Painter". Hit enter and Ok out. Enjoy.
