CSV issues Excel 2003
 

When I try to open a CSV file generated from a web program, a window starts
to open, then there is a "bleep" and it closes. This works fine at work, but
not at home on my laptop. Is a setting or something I need to change? Thanks

You have some sort of blocker program which is giving the problem. Not sure
if its you internet service , your web browser is blocking, or a sperate
program running on your lap top.

check your web browser to see if there are any message indicating something
has been blocked.
