How do I copy just the collapsed subtotal lines?

How do I copy only the collapsed subtotal lines to another worksheet? I'm
needing just 1 line per vendor. Once I do this, then I can use the vlookup
function to tie my data together.

Select the visible range you want to copy, press F5 on the keyboard, click
special and select visible cells only. Then copy and paste

That did not work for me, it pasted as a bitmap image. I highlighted the
area to copy, pressed F5, then in the GoTo window clicked on special and
selected visible cells only and hit ok. Then clicked on a cell in the new
tab (same file) and clicked paste (not paste special). A small image
appeared. Did I do something incorrectly?

I figured out what I was doing wrong. I just had to copy it again after I
completed the visible cells only. Thank you very much!!
