transfer an excel work sheet to Paint
 
hello, i am writing a computer assignment for university. So we are asked to
give anb instruction to how to use the excel. now i would need to know how to
copy parts of the excel work book to word or paint so i can show the users
where to go to...

it's so urgent.... the submission is in an hour!!!
i would appreciate your help guys. see ya

Select the range to copy then hold SHIFT key and EditCopy Picture.

This takes a picture of the range.

Paste into Paint or Word.

There is also a Camera Tool you can drag to your Toolbar.

ToolsCustomizeCommandsTools. Scroll down about 2/3 and find the Camera
Icon.

Also don't forget about the PrtScn key on your keyboard.

That will copy a picture of the screen which can be pasted.
