I want Vlookup Result in one fixed Cell while Entring Data in a Sh
 

Hi,
I am entring time cards for payroll, I IDNO in Col B. Whenever I enter and
IDNO in Col "B2" I should show the name from other worksheet in Cell "B1".
And when I enter IDNO in "B3" . I want the Name again in Cell "B1" and so on
.. In other words I want the Vlookup value of activecell in "B1"

I hope somebody will help me solving this problem.
