Arrow keys don't work??
 

What do I need to do to use the arrow keys to move down/right/left/up in a
sheet? I had to replace my computer and upgraded to the new version of
Office, and now my arrow keys don't move around for me. What do I need to do?

What happens when you press the arrow keys? Maybe press Scroll Lock again?
