You need to put this formula in all of those cells

=IF($I$27="X","X","")

Any other conditions?

Try this in I29:

=IF($I$27="X","X","")

then copy it to the other cells.

Hope this helps.

=IF($I$27="X","X","")

Hope this helps,

Thanks all, that worked. I have another question for you. I asked it
yesterday, but no one responded to the question. Here it is.

I have protected my workbook so users can only modify certain cells. I have
a Button to clear all cells, but when I protect the workbook, the button is
protected too. How do I unprotect this button?

Thank you Don, you saved my bacon, but tell me something, i used this macro
but i wanted it to do something even better, i have a drop down menu of 6
Animal Names on a datasheet i then make say cell I27 = the active Animal name
as it is selected via dropdown (A1) called Cat, say. but i want the macro to
work regardless of the name selection. Names could be Dog, Rat, Cow etc
How do i do that?
