I would like to transpose Column A to Column B....how do I do that in Office
2003?

Transposing columns
 
Copy the column and then move the point to the cell where you want the data
to start in and click EDIT in the menu, select PASTE SPECIAL and place a
check in the TRANSPOSE check box. Click OK to complete.

Right Click in Column B, Paste Special, Transpose

and right click and select insert cut cells.

One more.....

Select column B.

Slide cursor down to side of B1 and you will get a 4-headed arrow.

Hold SHIFT + click and move to left.
