How do I show negative percentage in a fomula?
We are doing a profit/loss spreadsheet. We can set it up to show a positive
or negative dollar value. We also want to use a percentage in the same way. We want to be able to have the percentage show as a negative (i.e. red and with brackets) automatically, so that when the inputted values change, the resulting percentage is black if positive and red if negative. Is this possible? If you need me to make this clearer, please let me know. Thank you for any assistance. |

I think the following Custom Format will do what you want...
