How do I get cell to change background color automaticly (4color)
 

I need to have a cell in my worksheet that changes color
from a date clear background, then yellow,then green, then red and finally
grey.

I have tried conditionnal formating but limited to 3 colors yellow green red
but can't get grey automatic.

Can someone help?

If you are using Excel 2003 or earlier, then you are limited to 3
conditions ...
