Default Repeat column in all sheets

I need to be able to repeat a column of names from the first column in a
worksheet in all subsequent worksheets. I want to set it up so that if I add
a name to the first worksheet, it will automatically be repeated in the
following sheets.

Default Repeat column in all sheets

Click on the first worksheet and then click on the last worksheet while
holding down a shift key. This selects all the sheets in the workbook.

Start entering your headings and whatever else is constant across all
sheets, functions formatting, etc...

When done, right click on any selected worksheet tab and select Ungroup Sheets
