how do I export my contact list to my iPhone
 

I am having trouble trying to figure out how to export my contacts to my AT&t
Voice dial service on my iPhone. I am on the lower end of computer literacy,
senior citizen. I appreciate any user friendly help. Thanks

Didn't expect a senior citizen to get an IPhone, I thought they were all
bought by Apple "fan-boys"? Anyway I am a Symbian man myself (Nokia) and
they synchronize with MS Outlook and I would be surprised if the IPhone
doesn't do that as well so you could first export from Excel (this is an
Excel newsgroup so I assume you meant Excel) to Outlook or if you have a Mac
to the equivalent mail program and then export it from there?
