How do you hide / unhide the worksheet tabs in Excel 2007?

Click the Office button (colourful ball in top left)
Click Excel Options (bottom of Office dialog)
Click Advanced
Move down to "Display options for this workbook"
Click the box for "Show sheet tabs"
