Run Filter criteria based on data in range
 

I would like to run a macro to run an auto filter to exclude values listed in
a cell. This same macro contains several other uses of autofilters where
data is equal to the values in the cell but i have not figured out how to get
it to exclude data in a cell that changes based on user input.

Any help would be appreciated.
