Quattro Pro conversion to MS Excel
My employer is switching from Corel Office to Microsoft Office. I am needing
to convert approximatley 200 files from Quattro Pro to Excel. Keep in mind most of the spread sheet is full of formulas, some up to 45 years worth of formulas. Is there a good way to convert these files into Excel keeping the formulas? I hate to have to go thru and "open and save as" each file. I will if I have to, but thought maybe there was an easier way. |
Quattro Pro conversion to MS Excel
Excel will open DOS & Window versions of QuattroPro files, but I would
suggest doing a save as for each of the files and saving them as Excel files. While I don't know what Excel has that QuattroPro lacks, saving each file as an Excel workbook will make all the functionality of Excel available in each workbook. I don't think that you will have any conversion issues with any of the functions that currently reside in your QuattroPro files. -- Kevin Backmann "brandyk" wrote: My employer is switching from Corel Office to Microsoft Office.
