Graphs

When creating graphs, I have the horizontal axis displaying days/months, is
it possible to set this to show alternate days/months as it is crowded.
Thanks in anticipation

Graphs

(Assuming Excel 2003 or earlier) Double click on the axis, and click on the
Scale tab. If it gives you spaces to enter min and max data, increase the
major unit (e.g. from 1 month to 2 months). If not, change the entry for
Number of Categories Between Tick Marks.

Hard to say without seeing the layout of your data, but if you right click
inside the graph on the desired axis, you should get a box allowing you to
format axis. In the box Number of categories between tick-mark labels, chnge
this to two or three whichever you like. Or go to alignment and set
orientation to 90 degrees. Or both!
