I will like to find out whether it possible to have a payslip template in
excell or any other such applications |

Theres no template as such set-up, although you could make one yourself, it
all depends on your organisations requirments, here in the UK you would need ationla insurance details, PAYE etc. It will be different in other countries. Try taking an existing payslip and creating a template yourself, which may infact be what your suggesting.
