How do I get excel to print colours

I have looked at the replies to this but no one answers it. Please do not put
a link to go somewhere else as I have looked at these and they do not help.
Can someone please tell me in words how to get excel to print colours. I have
XP and Office 2007

The last time I had a color issue, it was because my printer was set to print
in B&W. Have you checked that?

Hi,
It is nothing to do with the printer it is to do with excel. It has been a
problem on here before but I cannot find the answer as no-one puts on here in
words. They always send you to a link that does not help. My printer prints
fine on anything else somehow I need to tell excel to accept colous for the
printing.

Hi Barb,

I thought I would check what you wrote as it is such a simple thing and of
course one would not think of looking. So I did and thank you the tick was in
the back and white. How stupid lol. Thanks again should of checked but I just
thought it was already out as I can print in colour on anything else. lol
