pivot table grouing question
Hi,
I have a pivot table which I am trying to create. I have grouped some parts together and I am trying to get the grouped field to show on each line instead of just once. The exaample below is what I am working with. I would like the salesman field to appear on each line. The pivot looks like: Salesman Customer ABC1 smith jones bates ABC2 name1 name2 etc Please can you help? Many thanks Jason |

You can't do this and keep it a pivottable.
But you can convert to values (or copy|paste as values to a different location), then use the techniques at Debra Dalgleish's site: http://contextures.com/xlDataEntry02.html Jason wrote: Hi, I have a pivot table which I am trying to create.
