Subtotal error to expand Outline Levels
I am able to arrange my data with subtotals and they group effectively into
outline levels. I can also expand and collapse each grouping by clicking individual "+" and "-" signs. However, when I click "1", "2", or "3" to collapse the groupings of the outline levels, I get an error message. The error reads "cannot shift objects off sheet". My sheet is over 44000 rows. Why is this happening? Is the number of rows a factor? Please help. It takes quite a long time to expand each level manually with the plus and minus signs. Thanks, Michelle YVR Airport Authority |
