How do I set up my drop down list to go to name when I start typin
I have two columns that are linked to lists of names in one column and lists
of services in second column. They are sorted alphabetically. I know I can scroll down the drop down list to find the name I want but is there a way that I can just start typing and it will find that name or service? |

Not using a DV dropdown.
Have you thought about using a Combobox instead? With this method you have "Autocomplete" and resizing to show more items and you can change the font size. http://www.contextures.on.ca/xlDataVal10.html Gord Dibben MS Excel MVP On Tue, 2 Oct 2007 13:04:02 -0700, satxfili wrote: I have two columns that are linked to lists of names in one column and lists of services in second column.
