Team Meeting Table or Grid

I have a team of 30 people who will meet 6 times in groups of 5. I would
like for each person to be in a new group every time. I have tried doing
this "by hand" and can only get effectively through the 3rd meeting. At that
point, some of my groups start duplicating. My goal is for each person to
have had a chance to meet all the other people on the team over a 6 week
period.

The work by hand is to sort and manipulate the group number each person is
in by night.

What I have done by hand is:

A: B: C: D: E: F: G:
Person 1 1 1 1 ? ? ?
Person 2 1 2 2
Person 3 1 3 3
Person 4 1 4 4
Person 5 1 5 5
Person 6 2 6 6
Person 7 2 1 6
Person 8 2 2 5
etc.
Person 30 6 6 6 ? ? ?

THANKS to all who help.
I would rather not have a macro but just an excel function or some basic
pattern theory that would help.

Excel does not have anything built in to solve this problem faster than a
paper and a pen

So tell me how?
I can only get through 3 columns and then many people are meeting in the
same group and not meeting new people.

THANKS!
