2003--2007 convert problems
 

hi,
i have several files of excel 2003, i open 2003 file in excel 2007 and try
to save as .xlsm (since it has macros).
it actually saved.with no worning. but when i try to open it is "microsoft
office excel has encountered a problem and need to close..."
the file opened not ok.
please advice.
the same problem exist if i try to use the convert button.
