How do I fix a stuck scroll bar in Excel? (tried disabling it)
 

The scroll bars in one of my Excel files is "stuck." I can't scroll
horizontally through the file except by doing it cell by cell. Neither the
button on the side or moving the bar works and the right button has
dissappeared. I disabled the scroll bar and replaced it, but that did not
help. Thanks
