inputting figures in cells
Hi hope you can help.
I have recently got excel07 on the vista premium platform. I dont know what I have done, but when i input a number in any cell for example 102 the cell show 1.02 The only way i can get around it is by type a decimal point everytime I imput. This problem only arose recently when I tried to use help to reduce the number of decimal places, which i can now do. -- ray |

In Excel 2003 it's Tools/ Options Edit/ Fixed decimal places that you need
to unset. I don't have 2007, but I think it may be: Office button, Excel options, Advanced, 2nd checkbox, which says "Automatically insert a decimal point" -- David Biddulph "ray" wrote in message ...
