Hi, how can I remove an Excel version 4.0 macro ?

I had a macro4.0 once, I had to copy the sheets to a new workbook,
delete the original, then save the new workbook, this macro was also
creating (.xlt) a template in my startup folder so I had to remove it
from there as well
