When entering a cell number into one of the cells in xcell it throws the zero

Excel does not retain leading zeros with numbers. You will need to enter it as text. Either, preformat the cells as Text, or, insert a single quote in front of the number as you enter it '012345 -- Regards Roger Govier "Magda" wrote in message ... Problems with entering cell number
You can enter your number and then format it to display with leading zeroes.
